pig roast or clam bake?

since chicago was at one time known as the "hog capital" of the world i thought a pig roast would be appropriate as the main course on saturday...however i also have fond memories of clam bakes in the past...so the question is...pig roast or clam bake?
either way it will be catered...and i will not personally be doing the cooking...so you are all safe

1. Travis, I assume a trampoline will be available. The kids have been asking. I told them you have developed some new tricks that will be sure to please children of all ages. Please do not disappoint.

Our vote is for BOTH! but if we have to choose, a pig roast is fun and limited involvement by the chefs.....we can bring the Wisconsin tradition, Cheese Curds!
